Retreats

Sanah teaches and facilitates on retreats in the UK and internationally, drawing on psychospirituality, Sufi wisdom traditions, embodiment, meditation, poetic practice, and social justice. Their work creates opportunities for writing, relational work, and welcoming woundedness.

They have taught in a range of settings, including serving on the teaching team with Lama Rod Owens and facilitating queer retreats at Charlotte Church's The Dreaming. Through their teaching, they invite participants into deeper relationship with themselves, one another and the wider social conditions that shape our lives, cultivating compassion, radical acceptance and meaningful transformation.
